The Chef’s Knife is part of Piet Boon’s Base Collection. The special feature of the four different knives – chef’s knife, butcher knife, bread knife and Japanese santoku knife – is that they all have the same length. This is not a coincidence, of course, but a self-imposed requirement to make them fit perfectly in the Knife Block at the same height.
